29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) East Baking Co DBA Lakeside Baking Company Inc., 306 Lakeside Road, Syracuse, NY  13209.  On or about July 16, 2024 Employees were not protected from ingoing nip points on the Bagger Machine (Model 7600, S/N 76-027) bagging line while the machine was in operation. The push bar chain was exposed at the start of the conveyor line, after the bagging portion of the machine.   b) East Baking Co DBA Lakeside Baking Company Inc., 306 Lakeside Road, Syracuse, NY  13209.  On or about July 16, 2024 Employees were not protected from ingoing nip points and rotating parts from the conveyor's push bar at the end of the Bagger Machine (Model 7600, S/N 76-027) bagging line while the machine was in operation.
