BREAKFAST PREP AREA - On 07/16/24 and times prior too, the microwave's 3 conductor cord was plugged into a 2 conductor extension cord breaking the path to ground and exposing employees to electric shock hazards. b.) MAINTENENCE SHOP - On 07/16/24 and times prior too, the air compressor was missing a ground prong breaking the path to ground and exposing employees to electric shock hazards.
