29 CFR 1910.262(c)(5): All guards and safety devices, including starting and stopping device were not properly maintained: On or about July 8, 2024 at the worksite located 901 E 14th Ave, Kansas City, Missouri 64116 employees were exposed to caught in and pinch point hazards while conducting textile mill activities. The employer did not ensure employees were protected from unguarded moving gears while operating a trimming machine to cut materials to desired lengths and sizes.
