29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Mill Room Department - On or about July 2, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that procedures for control of hazardous energy was developed and utilized for employees involved in maintenance activities of the puller bar.
