Employees operating in this condition were exposed to falls of 99 in. to the concrete level below.  b) Pegasus Trailers on or about July 1, 2024, at the address of 4003 Tiffin Ave. Sandusky, OH, the employer did not ensure that employees tasked with fastening the aluminum loft deck upon the racing trailer's 5th wheel were protected from falls. Employees operating in this condition were exposed to fall hazards over 79 in. to the concrete level below.  c) Pegasus Trailers on or about July 1, 2024, at the address of 4003 Tiffin Ave. Sandusky, OH, the employer did not ensure that employees tasked with installing air conditioning units from the roof level of the racing trailers were protected from falls. Employees operating in this condition were exposed to fall hazards over 13ft to the concrete level below.
