29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. a) New Residential Construction; On or about July 01, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not enforce the use of eye protection when employees were using a Pneutools (SN22-83) framing nailer while conducting roofing activities at heights over 11 feet to ground level.
