1926.503(a)(1)  The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  a) On or about July 22, 2024, at the site, employees were exposed to a 9-foot 2-inch fall hazard while working on a 5/12 pitched roof, in that fall protection was not used while working on the roof.  Sky Light Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1739351, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 03, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 7861 Chediston Cir Orlando FL 32817.

1926.1060(a)(1) The employer shall ensure that each employee has been trained by a competent person in the following areas, as applicable:   a) On or about July 22, 2024, at the site: employees were exposed to a 9 foot 2 inch fall hazard, in that the multi-position ladder did not extend 3-feet above the roof landing.  Sky Light Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1739351, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 03, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 7861 Chediston Cir Orlando FL 32817.
