29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made. 7 Edmond Road Newtown, CT Aisle R-09, Bay A to K: On or about July 17, 2024, the employer did not maintain a safe and sufficient aisle clearance when a Raymond powered industrial truck struck a protruding crate, causing structural damage to rack storage exposing an employee to struck-by hazards.
