29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On July 15, 2024, an employee working at Watco Mechanical Services, LLC., located at 437 S. 260th St., in Pittsburg, KS, sustained a a fall from a fixed ladder on a railcar that resulted in a fracture of the right femur and in patient hospitalization for treatment. The employer did not report the work-related incident that resulted in an in-patient hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours.
