(b) Accumulation table, capping, and packaging areas; On or about July 15 through July 19th and July 22, 2024, the employer did not conduct a hazard assessment to determine if personal protective equipment (PPE) was necessary before employees used D-Limonene to manually wipe paint residue off the outside of aerosol propelled livestock paint cans.
