29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: a) Shop Area/At Production: On or about July 24, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards, in that a written respiratory protection program was not developed and implemented for employees that were tasked with stone cutting and polishing.
