Employees were exposed to fall hazards.  K. L. Carr Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)4, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1159758, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on January 27, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at the Flame Tree Airport Road, Saipan
