This electrical equipment was daisy chained and plugged into a retractable extension cord. c) Building 25011, Warehouse, A portable Evaporative Cooler model PAC2K363S was not used in accordance with listing and labeling instructions, it was connected to a black extension cord and not GFCI rated.
