29 CFR 1910.307(c): Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location: b) Archer-Daniels-Midland Company dba ADM Milling, 809 Spangler Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011, on or about September 5, 2024, in the railcar unloading area, which is a Class II hazardous environment, the portable fan (Model SFDC-750AT2) was not rated for hazardous environments, both having an unrated motor and utilizing a general services receptacle plug head. c) Archer-Daniels-Midland Company dba ADM Milling, 809 Spangler Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011, on or about September 5, 2024, in the railcar unloading area, which is a Class II hazardous environment, the portable Kool-Flo fan was not rated for hazardous environments, both having an unrated motor and utilizing a general services receptacle plug head. No abatement certification or documentation required.

Archer-Daniels-Midland Company dba ADM Milling, 809 Spangler Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011, on or about September 5, 2024, in the railcar unloading area, a relocatable power tap was being utilized and was not listed and labeled for use in damp environments. No abatement certification or documentation required.
