At a temporary worksite located at 115 Jakes and Patterson Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301: On or about July 25, 2024, the employer exposed employees to eye injury hazards, in that eye protection was not utilized by employees who were operating pneumatic nail guns to nail down roof shingles.
