29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) Lot #9 Ocean Meadows Development (23319 Addie Ave) in Lewes, DE 19958: On or about July 29, 2024, employees were conducting roofing installation work on a new single family home while being unprotected in all directions, approximately 17 feet above mixed grade, without adequate fall protection. BAAM, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1624474, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 11, 2023 with respect to a workplace located at Lot #29 Atlantic Lakes Development in Selbyville, DE 19944. BAAM, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1529471, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 3, 2021 with respect to a workplace located at 6350 Pebblebrook Drive of the Brook Stone Terrace development in Milford, DE 19963.
