29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b) a) On February 10, 2025, Lot#175 Willis Branch and Charleston Circle, Hidden Brook, CHESWOLD, DE 19936 - CSHO observed three employees exposed to fall hazards walking and working on residential structure without the use of any fall protection measures. The BAAM, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1624474, citation number 02001, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/11/2022, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #29 Atlantic Lakes Development in Selbyville, DE 19944.
