29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1)(i): Respirators issued for the exclusive use of an employee were not cleaned and disinfected as often as necessary to be maintained in a sanitary condition: a. Spray Booths: On or about August 1, 2024, the employer exposed employees to skin and respiratory irritation hazards, in that the employer did not take adequate steps to ensure that employees cleaned and disinfected assigned respirators to ensure that the respirators were maintained in a sanitary condition where employees wear 3M 6800 full face respirators with 3M 6001 cartridges for use during primer spray application.
