29 CFR  1910.179(j)(2): Frequent inspection. The following items shall be inspected for defects at intervals as defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii) of this section or as specifically indicated, including observation during operation for any defects which might appear between regular inspections. All deficiencies such as listed shall be carefully examined and determination made as to whether they constitute a safety hazard.  On and before June 1, 2024, with respect to an establishment located at 1000 Mason St, Schofield, WI 54476, the employer did not ensure that all elements that are required to be completed monthly under the Frequent Inspections for their Superior Crane Corp, 15 Ton High Speed Crane, Serial #17927, had been completed. The employer failed to conduct the Frequent inspection of the crane in May and June of 2024 as specified in 1910.179(j)(1)(ii)(a).
