29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: a) Jobsite located at the 18th and Spruce Streets, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania- On or about August 6, 2024, the employer did not ensure the construction area was posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards. Employees were performing underground cable repair and repaving work in an active roadway without traffic signs, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
