The employee was working at a height of approximately 9 feet above the ground level without any means of fall protection. Great Outdoor Cottages, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1658598, citation number 1, item number 6 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/13/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 21498 Baltimore Avenue, Georgetown, DE 19947.
