29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At a worksite located at 2220 NE Janessa Dr, Blue Springs, MO 64029, employees were exposed to fall hazards.  The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to perform roofing activities at heights greater than 6 feet above the next lower level without using fall protection.  Instances of exposure include but are not limited to:  1.  Four employees exposed to falls greater than 9 feet while working near the eastern edge of the structures roof.  2.  Four employees exposed to falls greater than 8 feet while working near the western edge of the structures roof.
