29 CFR 1960.8(a): The head of each agency shall furnish to each employee employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm. Warehouse, Bldg.656: On and/or before August 7, 2024, employee(s) used industrial racks to load and unload heavy equipment. The industrial racks did not have any postings of safe load limits. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to tip over/crushing hazard(s).
