29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  Location: Belt 14  On or about August 2, 2024, employees were exposed to caught in between hazards of two conveyor rollers while cleaning the bottom portion of conveyor belt 14 and the surrounding area.  The company has a program to control hazardous energy but does not have equipment specific procedures for conveyor belt 14.
