29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f) Labeling, (g) Safety Data Sheets , and (h) Information and Training , will be met: On or about July 30, 2024 at J.T. Inman Co, Inc. on 31 Larsen Way, North Attleboro, MA 02763, employees were exposed to chemicals such as Trichloroethylene (TCE), Acid Salt W, Potassium Cyanide, Silver Cyanide, Hydroflouric Acid, Electrolyte Solution B, cleaners, oils and other hazardous materials where a written hazard communication program had not been established or implemented.
