29 CFR 1910.22(c): Access and egress. The employer must provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. On or about September 16, 2024, at the facility located at W4200 County Road PP, Plymouth, Wisconsin; employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards while climbing onto and standing on the roller conveyor inside the robotic cell for Lines #1 and #2.

29 CFR 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. On or about September 16, 2024, at the facility located at W4200 County Road PP, Plymouth, Wisconsin; employees conducting servicing and maintenance activities on the Robot (Equipment No.: 101-010-026) on Lines #1 and #2 were exposed to potential struck-by and caught-in hazards when the Periodic Inspection of the Robot energy control procedure had not been conducted annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard were being followed.
