29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) DMA Offloading Area- On or about August 13, 2024, employees were exposed to chemical burn hazards from a lack of suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes while working with corrosive materials such as dimethylamine. b) Offloading Exit Door Area- On or about August 13, 2024, employees were exposed to chemical burn hazards from a lack of suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes while working with corrosive materials such as dimethylamine. c) Mannich Process Area- On or about August 13, 2024, employees were exposed to chemical burn hazards from a lack of suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes while working with corrosive materials such as dimethylamine. d) Catwalk Area- On or about August 13, 2024, employees were exposed to chemical burn hazards from a lack of suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes while working with corrosive materials such as dimethylamine. e) East Exit Area- On or about August 13, 2024, employees were exposed to chemical burn hazards from a lack of suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes while working with corrosive materials such as dimethylamine.
