(a) Preload- Runout Belt, United Parcel Service, Inc.  100 Middlesex Center Blvd. Monroe Township, NJ 08831  On or about August 16, 2024, and thereafter, employees were not trained on the appropriate work practices and personal equipment (PPE) to conduct their duties as a Designated (Hazmat) Responders. Training for employees who respond to hazardous materials spills provides for use of minimum PPE for initial response and does not include appropriate respiratory protection. Employees were trained to use N95 respirators to respond to chemical spills, including spills involving vapors or gases.
