29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17):The attachment point of the body belt shall be located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness shall be located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. On or about August 20, 2024, at the above mentioned address, the employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately of 12.3 feet ground to eave while performing residential roofing work. Employees were connected to the fall protection lanyard at the nylon webbing at their hip. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
