29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) On August 21, 2024, employees were exposed to eye injury while operating a Bostitch BTFP71917 pneumatic finish nail gun without eye protection during soffit and fascia installation work.
