29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) AL-51 Area: On or about August 12, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that the employer did not enclose sprocket wheels and chains on the AL-51 machine while employees are inspecting the film and rollers.
