OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed or potentially exposed to gravitational hazards related to elevated loads during coil reworking operations at the M1130 Coil Processing System.  Feasible and useful methods to correct the hazard include the following. ?	Develop a new Packaging Line Rework procedure and train employees on its use. The training and SOP will require employees to utilize the crane instead of the M1130 hydraulic hoist. ?	Provide effective training on the safe operation of the overhead crane to ensure employees do not work under suspended loads.  ?	Communicate same training and SOP to other facilities and ensure these employees are provided with effective training for same or substantially similar material handling issues. administrative controls that would eliminate the need for hard hats or other head protection.
