CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Cubicle Area: On or about August 26th, 2024, three relocatable power tap surge protectors were daisy chained together and used to supply power to the office printer, paper shredder, office phone, and an employee work station. The USDA, Farm Service Agency was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1607984, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on September 2nd , 2022 with respect to a workplace located at Walla Walla, WA.
