29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) The Decorated Cookie Co LLC dba Corso's Cookies, 628 South Main Street, North Syracuse, NY - Bakery. On or about August 27, 2024, employees perform servicing and maintenance activities on equipment including but not limited to the cutter at the cookie line, which had multiple energy sources including electrical and pneumatic. The employer did not ensure the LOTO procedure is utilized to protect the workers from point of operation hazards.
