29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). (a) On or about September 3, 2024 at a jobsite located at 10749 Michelle Dr, Oak Creek, WI 53154, employees conducting roofing work on a new residential property with a 7:12 pitch roof, were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 to 25 feet off the roof to the ground below. Avalos Home Improvements WI LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1751360, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 21, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 17656 West Lincoln Avenue New Berlin, WI 53146
