29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a.) On or about August 30, 2024, on the south side of the street, second level of a residential building, employees of a subcontractor were not in use of fall protection while performing framing work activities at a height in excess of six(6) feet.  b.) On or about August 30, 2024, on the north side of the street, corner house on the trusses, employees of a subcontractor were not in use of fall protection while performing framing work activities at a height in excess of six(6) feet.  c.) On or about August 30, 2024, on the north side of the street, on a roof rafter, a subcontractor was not in use of fall protection while performing framing work activities at a height in excess of six(6) feet.
