29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Gun Cleaning Area: On or about August 28,2024, where an effective housekeeping schedule was not in place to ensure all surfaces, including the exterior surfaces of the toolbox containing the gun cleaning kit and the storage cabinet located above the gun cleaning bench were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Border Patrol was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1742052, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 12, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at Ferndale, WA. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Border Patrol was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1742072, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 12, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at Ferndale, WA.
