29 CFR 1910.216(c)(1): Safety tripod, cable, or wire center cord were not provided across each pair of in-running rolls extending the length of the face of the rolls: a) Calender 2, embossing station: On or about August 30, 2024, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards while working on the embossing station due to a lack of any safety device running across a pair of in-running rollers and within the reach of the operator. b) Calender 2, lower: On or about August 30, 2024, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards while working at the bottom section due to a lack of any safety device running across a pair of in-running rollers and within the reach of the operator.
