This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet from roof to the ground below.  (b) On or about July 9, 2024, employees conducting shingle installation work on the garage roof of an existing residential roof with a 10:12 pitch, were not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet from roof to the ground below.
