29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: At the residential worksite located at 2712 SE 2nd Street in Lee's Summit, Missouri: Employees were exposed to toxic or hazardous substances in the form of inhalation, and skin contact while using gasoline to fuel compressor and sealant for the roof. The employer did not develop and implement a Hazard Communications Program for use in the workplace.
