29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, was not protected by protective helmets. At a residential worksite located at 3503 NE 85th Ter KC MO -- employees working on the ground picking up trash and debris and putting it in the dumpster as the old shingles were being torn off were not wearing head protection (hard hats). This exposed the employees on the ground to struck by hazards from materials and tools being dropped from above. This was documented on or about 8/7/2024.

At a residential worksite located at 3503 NE 85th Ter KC MO -- employees engaged in roofing duties using pitch forks, staplers, hammers and pneumatic nail guns were not wearing any eye protection. This exposed the employees to shrapnel and debris to get in their eyes causing injury. This was documented on or about 8/7/2024.
