29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3):Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, nor after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: Condition: Employees were permitted to work from tubular welded scaffold systems, while performing masonry work activities, that were not inspected by an individual knowledgeable in scaffold construction and use. A) 100 Hamilton St Bound Brook, NJ 08805 The competent person did not ensure employees had proper scaffold access. Employees climbed through a window and/or balcony to access the upper level. This condition exposed employees to falls of approx. 26'6". Hazard noted on or about 09/05/24
