29 CFR 1960.8(c): The Agency did not develop, implement, and evaluate an occupational safety and health program in accordance with the requirements of section 19 of the Act, Executive Order 12196, and the basic program elements prescribed in this part, or approved alternate program elements: (a) On or about September 12, 2024, and at times prior thereto, BLM Vale district employees at the La Pine Campground Fire Camp were exposed to occupational injury and illness when the employer failed to ensure that a safety and health program was developed and implemented at the La Pine Campground Fire Camp.
