29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   On or about September 16, 2024, on the north side of a residential construction site, a fall protection system was not utilized while employees worked from heights of six (6) feet or greater performing roofing operations.  Audelio Tinoco Roofing, was previously cited for a REPEAT violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1542404, Citation Number 2, Item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on August 17, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2712 Hartman Circle, Mansfield, Texas 76063;  Audelio Tinoco Roofing, was previously cited for a REPEAT violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1528985, Citation Number 2, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 14, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1274 Lamar Drive, Mansfield, Texas 76034; and  Audelio Tinoco Roofing, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1492762, Citation Number 1, Item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on October 16, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 17504 Daycoa Street Fort Worth, TX 76120.
