29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1):The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work:   A.) ROI Roofing and Supply, 37 W South Street, Corry, PA 16407, On or about 9/16/24 and times prior thereto: A metal ladder was secured to the buildings weather head connection for electrical service.   Employees were in proximity of the  energized electrical service drop when utilizing the ladder to get from the ground to the roof of the building.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  A.) ROI Roofing and Supply, 37 W South Street, Corry, PA 16407, On or about 9/16/24 and times prior thereto: Employees working on a 2:12 low slope roof with no fall protection.  Employees were exposed to falls of at least 14 feet while performing acrylic restoration work to the roof.   B.)  ROI Roofing and Supply, 29 W South Street, Corry, PA 16407, On or about 9/16/24 and times prior thereto: Employees were working on a multipitch roof ranging in slope from 1:12 to 3:12.  Employees were exposed to falls of at least 17 feet while performing acrylic restoration work to the roof. Employees were not utilizing any fall protection systems.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
