The extension ladder did not extend three-feet above the upper landing surface b) On the north side of the partially framed residential structure, employees utilized K-Pro 8 ft. A-Frame . The A-Frame ladder was leaned up against the north side of the partially framed residential structure, it was not used according to manufactures guidelines for use.
