29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) On or about September 11, 2024, employees were exposed to injuries when performing maintenance and servicing on equipment, including but not limited to, the High Pressure Pasteurization line 2 pump room, because the employer did not conduct an annual inspection of the machine specific procedures, to ensure the procedures and requirements of this standard were followed.
