29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. (a) On or about February 13, 2025 employees were exposed to injuries at American Pasteurization Company, when the employer did not ensure that energy control procedures were developed for employees responsible for servicing and maintenance of the 4H-Series Precision Rotary Valve Dispensing Pump.
