This exposed employees to a fall hazard from the first floor roof of approximately 12 feet on the North and West sides of the structure, and 25 feet from the second floor roof on the North, South, and West sides of the structure.  City Professional Restoration, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1659405, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 7-20-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1785 S Eastwood Dr., Woodstock, IL 60098.
