29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At 6724 Paso Fino Drive, Lot 12F Saddle Ridge, Pensacola, Florida: On September 23, 2024; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 5 inches to the ground below. The Jose Perez dba Jose Perez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1744755, citation number 1, item number 2, group A and was affirmed as a final order on June 5, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 8779 Gristmill Way, Lot 36M Plantation Woods, Milton Florida and in OSHA inspection number 1739183, citation number 1, item number 1, group A and was affirmed as a final order on June 13, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 5533 Silverbell Drive, Lot 6q Plantation Woods, Milton Florida .
